Terms of Service

"DIGI-TEAMS" refers to the digital talent marketplace operated by UNIT2.AI.

"Digital Employee" means an AI agent provided through our platform.

"Customer" means any entity that subscribes to our services.

DIGI-TEAMS provides AI-powered digital employees for business automation. All services are delivered via the UNIT2.ai sovereign platform.

3.1 Minimum contract term is 12 months with a 3-month trial period.

3.2 Contracts automatically renew unless cancelled with 3 months notice.

3.3 Setup fees equal one month's subscription fee.

3.4 If not satisfied after the trial period, the contract ends automatically without further obligations.

4.1 Pricing is based on tiers: Standard, Professional, Specialist, and Premium.

4.2 Payment is due annually in advance. Monthly payment available upon request with a small surcharge.

4.3 Prices are exclusive of VAT.

5.1 We guarantee 99.5%+ uptime depending on tier.

5.2 Support response times vary by tier (Standard: email, Premium: 24/7 phone).

5.3 Scheduled maintenance will be communicated 48 hours in advance.

6.1 All data processing occurs exclusively on UNIT2 premises in the Netherlands.

6.2 We comply with GDPR, EU AI Act, NIS2, and DORA where applicable.

6.3 Audit trails are maintained via OceanVault blockchain verification.

7.1 Our liability is limited to direct damages up to the annual contract value.

7.2 We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

7.3 Human-in-the-loop approval is required for all external actions.

8.1 All AI models, software, and infrastructure remain the property of UNIT2.AI.

8.2 Customer data remains the property of the customer.

8.3 Custom model training results are licensed to the customer for the contract duration.

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
